Application Process

• Nomination: One member organization can nominate up to one participant for a leadership role within COSCU’s National Leadership Team. Please ensure that your nomination is aligned with your organization’s goals and values.
• Candidate Assessment: All nominations will undergo a thorough assessment process to evaluate each candidate’s potential, qualifications, and alignment with COSCU’s mission and objectives. This includes an interaction with COSCU’s management team to further assess the candidate’s fitment for the role.

Important Guidelines

1. Representation: Candidates applying for leadership roles should be representing their organization within COSCU. This ensures that each candidate brings a unique perspective and contributes to the diversity and expertise of the National Leadership Team.
2. Nomination Limit: To maintain fairness and diversity, each member organization can nominate only one participant for a leadership role. We encourage organizations to nominate individuals who demonstrate leadership qualities, commitment to education, and a strong alignment with COSCU’s goals.
