Eligibility:

• COSCU 100 Educational Changemakers is open to educators, leaders, philanthropists, advocates, and organizations worldwide who are actively contributing to the field of education.
• Applicants must provide accurate and truthful information in their applications.

Application Process:

• Applicants must complete the online application form and submit all required documents by the specified deadline.
• Late or incomplete applications may not be considered for evaluation.
• COSCU reserves the right to verify the information provided and may request additional documentation if needed.

Application Fee:

• An application fee is required to cover operational expenses associated with COSCU 100.
• The early application fee is $500, available for applications submitted before the early deadline.
• The standard application fee increases incrementally and may reach up to $2000 closer to the deadline.
• Fee waivers or reductions may be available based on financial need and grant eligibility.

Grant Benefits:

• Grant recipients will receive a unique code to apply the corresponding fee reduction during the application process.
• Grant amounts may provide up to 100% fee waiver off the standard application fee.
• Grants are awarded at the discretion of COSCU and are subject to availability and eligibility criteria.

Selection Process:

• All applications will undergo a rigorous evaluation process by a distinguished jury of educators, leaders, and advocates.
• Final selection of COSCU 100 honourees is based on the impact, innovation, leadership, sustainability, and alignment with UN SDGs.
• COSCU’s decision regarding the selection of honourees is final and binding.

Rights and Responsibilities:

• By submitting an application, applicants grant COSCU the right to use their name, likeness, and application materials for promotional purposes related to COSCU 100.
• Honourees agree to participate in COSCU 100 events, including the virtual launch event and potential speaking engagements.
• COSCU reserves the right to modify or cancel COSCU 100 or any part thereof without prior notice.

Confidentiality:

• All application materials and information provided will be treated as confidential and used solely for the purposes of COSCU 100 evaluation.

Indemnification:

• Applicants and honourees agree to indemnify and hold COSCU harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their participation in COSCU 100.

Acceptance of Terms:

• By submitting an application, applicants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
