Aleksandar Bogdanovic is an eminent figure in politics and diplomacy, who currently serves as the Secretary General for Government Relations at COSCU. Mr. Bogdanovic’s journey in politics began with his role as an Advisor to the Ministry of Economy in 2001. His dedication and strategic acumen quickly propelled him to positions of greater responsibility, including serving as the spokesperson for the ministry and later as the Advisor to the President of state on Economic Relations. Throughout his political career, he has held esteemed positions such as Minister of Culture, Member of Parliament, Mayor, and Advisor to the President, showcasing his versatile leadership and commitment to public service. 

Mr. Bogdanovic’s contributions extend beyond national boundaries, with significant involvement in global affairs. He has served as President of the UNESCO National Commission, highlighting his dedication to promoting cultural exchange and international cooperation. His role as a Member of the Senate of the Royal Capital Cetinje to the President of Montenegro underscores his deep-rooted commitment to governance and diplomatic relations. 

In addition to his political endeavors, Mr. Bogdanovic is a distinguished professor of management at the International American University in Los Angeles, California. His academic insights and expertise in management bring a unique perspective to his role, bridging the gap between theory and practice in governance and leadership.

Mr. Bogdanovic’s exemplary contributions have been recognized with prestigious awards and accolades. He was honored as the Best Mayor of the region in 2014, a testament to his effective leadership and dedication to community development. His international impact was further acknowledged with the Order of the Star of Italy, awarded by Italian President Giorgio Napolitano for his exceptional promotion of Italian culture. His contributions have also been recognized in the United States, where he became an Honorary Citizen of Miami Beach, Florida, USA.
